Simply put, we reached an inflection point in our lives where we were getting tired of a mediocre, self-indulgent life. Not that we lived lavishly, but maybe worse, we didn’t live with a passion. And we knew we were made to be better. We all are. And we came together on a mission to positively impact our community by striving for excellence in real estate and life. Ki – The Eternal Student
The past 16 years has been an amazing adventure ranging from being an airline captain and a high stakes poker pro. From these rather unusual professions, I’ve acquired some unique perspectives and critical skills for building a real estate business. Flying has taught me to use systems, checklists, and to check everything twice. Poker has taught me risk analysis, decision making, and human relation skills. In all my endeavors, the common thread was my love for learning and teaching. During my career, I’ve worked as a flight instructor and a high stakes poker coach and found these roles very rewarding. No matter what I do, my passion is to be an infinite learner while enjoying the privilege to share my journey with others. I have an insatiable appetite to continue improving physically, financially, and spiritually. Real estate is a great vehicle for financial success, but I see it as something with much more potential. Our mission is to strive for excellence in real estate and life, and to share our journey with the community.
DC – An ordinary soul trying to live an extraordinary life
I’ve spent almost two decades in investment and corporate banking covering global technology companies at the forefront of innovation. Having overseen emerging and mature enterprises, it embolded me to take a leap of faith in creating something personal which led to co-founding a mission driven real estate investment firm. Through this endeavor, we aim to build amazing communities with our properties, investors, and workshop participants. We consider it a duty and privilege to positively impact the lives of everyone we come across.
